Head Trainer/Owner

Tim has spent over a decade handling professional working dogs in a law enforcement setting. During this time, Tim trained and deployed dogs in disciplines including obedience, protection, detection, article search, and tracking. Tim is an avid seeker of knowledge and is rarely content to “just do the thing” without first understanding why. Most recently this led Tim to attend the NePoPo® New Silver School in Springfield, MO to further his understanding of canine behavior and training methodologies.

Tim holds a degree in education, has attended FBI Instructor School, and served as a Field Training Officer during his law enforcement career. He is passionate about teaching others and works to cultivate a judgement-free training community that encourages stronger connections between his canine and human clients.

Certifications/Memberships:

Tim has been a member of the Protection Sport Association and maintained a Federal working dog certification from 2012-2022. He holds an E-Collar certificate from Paraclete K9, and is also a graduate of the Michael Ellis School for Dog Training Obedience Intensive and the NePoPo® New Silver School.
